Items took a long time to arrive, communication is terrible, when I chased up the whereabouts of my order, it took 2 emails to get a response and that was an email saying that the order had been sent, minus 1 item, no explanation. Another email sent to enquire to get a text stating the had tried to email me 3 times but emails were returned undelivered, I received all their other emails 🤔 they just advised that I was having a refund, no apology. Food arrived and cannolis were very disappointing
