I came to the company with a wave of nostalgia for the Baba which was on every desert trolley of my 70s / 80s childhood, It's so completely awash with rum it nearly knocked me over and I am amazed that we ate it as teens at all. I'm sure it's authentic and proper. That I don't really drink acohol now might not help but I had a comedy nap, out cold for half an hour afterwards. I thank you however for it led me into ordering Taleggio and Pecorino Sardo which made it all worth while.
