Wow these are delicious and very moreish, I was very surprised as to how big the bag was, I didn't really take notice of the size when ordering, I think if I had to find fault with anything it would be the packing, being loose in such a big bag the majority of them were broken, so feel this could be addressed in the future somehow, but it wouldn't stop me buying them again in the future.

The Italian Pecorino Romano cheese is lovey. It is a firm cheese with a nice salty taste. Toast some bread, slice on the cheese and it's a great meal/snack. Ordered several times now and the quality is of a high standard and lasts well. The original rind is included on one side of the cheese representing authenticity. Highly recommend this company. The Italian snacks from Puglia are so delicious, and the fennel ones the best in my opinion. I confess that I am addicted!
Unfortunately, they can be prone to crumbling and, although these were well packed, they arrived with some being a bit crushed. I am going to keep the crumbs (with fennel seeds) to use to crumb fish or chicken.

We do love our sausages and if we change butchers for any reason we tend to judge them by their sausages. These are really very good. They don't shrink but neither to they produce lots of fat. Full of flavour and cook really well. I bet they'd be good on a barbeque.

The guanciale was actually out of this world. Where we live, we could only get pancetta and it wasn't right when we were trying to make authentic carbonara and amatriciana. It was close, no cigar. The guanciale supplied to us arrived quickly and the taste was just... game changing. I'm not sure we can ever go back to pancetta, it's kind of ruined it for us. 100% will be ordering again, 20/10.
