The return process was frustrating, if I don't email asking about my return nonone ever says anything, I shipped them back, of course they were used, I would I would not have known they were going to fall off unless he walked on them outside. I was charged a restocking fee and by the time i hot the new pair back I've already had to buy two other pairs and come to find out they just don't fit right. I just hope i don't get charged another restocking fee again!

It took me longer than the 14 days to try them. Also, they fit well and I pulled on them inside. Outside zoomies was different and the back ones come off. I wish there was a better trial period and return policy. They are expensive.
