Great product but slow delivery

You answered my email very nicely and quickly

I've written several times, and they've even replied to my email, to tell them that I placed two orders and neither arrived. I entered my address again using the form they sent me, but the shipments still haven't arrived. I'd ordered from them several times before without any problems, but the last two orders never arrived.

It took about a month to recieve the package but the support was amazing and fast whenever i emailed asking about the order

Customer service was very responsive when I asked about a product manual and help operating the device.

I know you were having difficulties but it did take a looooong time to arrive many weeks

Took forever to arrive for a product that didnt even work for me.

Very bad experience. When I order the Onyx alarm it said that the order will be dispatched immediately and will have it in a week. Eventually there was a stock shortage and I received it a MONTH later. In the meantime they said they added a Cotton mouth tape in my order as a gift for the delay, but when my order arrived, there was no cotton mouth tapes in the box, so no gift received. Although a good product the alarm, the overall service experience was disappointing.

Shipping was longer than I was led to believe but I think the product is of decent value.

Long waiting time for delivery very vague on updates and I have too unsubscribe from your email as I was overload of spam emails

Terrible customer service; never replying

Great watch, only the delivery took a few weeks for it to arrive because it was out of stock so i had to wait for a while. Frustrating but thankfully i am happy with the watch.

Took forever to arrive. Got a free pack of mouth tape which I’m never gonna use but it was the best of the 2 options they gave me for the order being late to dispatch.

Communication terrible - no update until I chased to them be told it hadn’t shipped as was out of stock despite the fact you were still selling it on your website at the time

Fine. The alarm bracelet was out of stock when I ordered but I was not informed of it so I was expecting it a few days after I ordered it. When I didn’t get it, I reached out to customer service and that is when I found out why my order was delayed. They apologized for not letting me know so they threw in a box of mouth strips for free but that never arrived. The claim is also that this is will wake up heavy sleepers, but that’s not the case.

It was terrible.
