It got to me very late took about 3 weeks to get instead of 3 day shipping

Contacted twice once confirming the order and the second time saying I never purchased anything

So far seems to be working well

horrible and won’t buy again, wasn’t made aware of delays and again…. still waiting to hear about a return and refund but avoiding it.

They shipped an incomplete order and still expected me to cover the return shipping costs. When the mistake is on the seller's side, customers should not be forced to pay additional fees. Very disappointing experience. Additionally, the band is made from very cheap, low-quality plastic and feels poorly manufactured. It also caused skin irritation, so I would not recommend it for people with sensitive skin or allergies.

The months wait, but the quick communication and customer service was great. The only hard part was not knowing they didn’t ship to hawaii prior. Had to send to a friend in a different state and pay extra for shipping

I’m disappointed with my order. The bracelet I received is different from the videos: no side button, different design, and it charges only with a cable, not directly from a computer. The added books/items were missing, even though I paid extra for protected delivery. You sent me nice stickers to promote your brand, but I won’t use them for that. The stickers are good, the company experience is not.

Haven’t had a chance to use it. Found another product I’m using because of lag in shipping when I needed it.

Poor, over 4 weeks for delivery. Customer Service was nice and polite, but just told out of stock.

They are nothing special. Tried other brands before these guys and they all very much the same not very long lasting and don’t stay on for very long in gym. I haven’t tried the magnetic nose strips I am purely referring to the daily ones.

Never got the products! Very bad

Terrible customer service. Lie to customer about when they'll receive their product. Over three weeks and still nothing, despite having "fulfillment of stock" four days ago. Utterly dreadful.
