I was using some Greek nose strips and I wasn’t so happy. Then I found another company through Facebook with magnets but again not happy(btw both of them only for sleep). I wasn’t scared at beginning to purchase them, because I didn’t want to spend extra money for nothing. But I purchased them and I got addicted with them. I’m using them in all my trainings(I’m kickboxer), in all my workouts and my runs.. 100% the best!

I was unconvinced nasal strips would work until I tried them. It is surprising how even a small increase in the space in the nasal airway really makes a difference in nasal breathing. With these strips I was able to continue to nasal breathe at higher zones of intensity. Definitely recommend.
