Excellent ordering and delivery. Was going to give 4 stars, but felt I couldn’t do that just because of a small delay due to the popularity of CUURT’s launch and subsequent flood of orders, and I was notified not long after ordering that would be the case, so pat yourselves on the back for a good fulfilment. PS, I love the bags that they come in.

All was fine. International shipping takes a long time.

Well, sent a bigger pair. They said I have not been charged. Took a bit longer but was okay.

Easy to order and quick to receive

It was simple and efficient.

I had to exchange for a different size, and the communication and mail return went smoothly.

Customer service responds quickly, within a day of emailing.

It took a while to receive our order. Other than that, the staff was very good about responding through email.

Everything was great except that the shipping time was longer than expected. It took 3 weeks after I ordered to get my shipment.

Shopping went well, the website was easy to follow. I didn’t realize how long it would take for them to get shipped, about 2 weeks before they showed up. The tracking system was basically useless, nothing showed up until it got to the USA, but it was quick after that.

Received a personal note from the owner who kept me up to date on my order and welcomed me to the CUURT Family. Excellent customer service!

Easy to shop. Great shoes for my level - intermediate.

While you're not as quick as Zappos or Amazon, you are very attentive. A pleasure to work with.

Excellent service and communication

Shipping time was decent and came packaged well.

I liked David contacting me with explanations of delivery and assurance of delivery coming.

Delivery is a bit slower than two day Amazon Prime merch, but well worth the wait.

Easy to order, and fast delivery. I love the gym bag rather than a shoe box. It means I use the gym bag to store and carry around my trainers and no wasted shoe boxes. I like the email giving advice about what to expect with playing in a flatter trainer - a great additional and personal service.

Efficient, quick delivery!

I ordered a size too small and customer service proved exceptional. Easy to swap and CUURT didn't even wait till I returned the wrong sized shoes to get the correct ones on the way. Great service

Size chart makes it easy to order. I wear a size 9 and ordered 9/9.5. Delivery was faster than I expected.

Shoes arrived very well packaged with their own shoe bag and 2 sets of extra inserts.

Good dhipping

Long delay from order to delivery. Yes, I received an email “after the order was placed” saying that there would be a delay. Tracking indicated nothing. An email inquiry regarding the delay wasn’t responded to until after the delivery. Other than that…ok.

Not fit

Came quickly and like the shoes.

From the moment I received the shoes (which still have a really bad smell) they were untouchable. I contacted you right away and have yet to have any resolution.

I have not tried the shoes however I am disappointed that the company was not transparent saying that these shoes would ship from Europe and would actually happen is that they were drop shipped from China. I’m not bothered that they were dropped in from China. I am bothered that the company was not truthful.

You didn’t give me a return label

This rating could have been a five pretty easily. The only reason it’s a four is because I am impatient. It did take a few days for a response, but when I did get the response, it was efficient and helpful. I received everything I was expecting.

Love the space for my toes.
