When I ordered the first time, I had picked the 9,9.5 size but somehow when I finished my order and I got my order review it had changed to a 4.5 size, I wasn't able to cancel because the order was already being processed. I had to wait 2 weeks just to get my return label, but you guys went ahead ordered the correct size before I mailed back the wrong size shoes, so all in all things worked out ok.

The shoes run a size small so we tried to return our first order. It was rather difficult, and asfter a couple of days of arguing with a BOT, we were told to keep the shoes and we would receive a credit. Then we were told thyta you couldn't honor the credit, bit then you did!!! And we ordered and received our new shoes and we love them! Thank You for making things right!
