Your shoe exchange process while friendly, was extremely lengthy and clunky, with a lot of hoops to jump through to make a simple exchange to a different shoe size. It was honestly the worst exchange experience I have ever been through. I realize you were a small company, and that the industry exchange rate runs at about 20%, but you have got to come up with a more customer friendly process to do a simple shoe exchange. There is no excuse for this kind of customer experience.

Bought these shoes for pickleball and it seems to leave black scuff marks all over indoor gym floor. Shoe felt like bad ankle support and not all that comfortable. I would return these shoes if I could.

Was a little concerned when we got the package, looked a little sketchy, with the type of packaging, but once my husband put the shoes on and wore them, he is now hooked.

I ordered the wrong size and despite the length of time due to shipping the returns for the correct size were handle with attention and promptly.

Pleasant staff , but your sizing system is flawed if it is off by 1 to 1.5 sizes .

Easy to order as the info to determine style and correct size was most accurate. Cuurt was most appreciative of my business as I received informative emails and notifications.

Customer service is personalized and response time is quick. It’s as if I’m having an “in person “ retail experience. I really wish the shoe were more comfortable for me.
