Shipping got held up until I asked then learned about the out of stock for all black. The others are comfortable, one needed a short break in

I had to exchange my first order because they were too small. I was able to do this smoothly with a fast response from customer service. They replaced my shoes with no problem.

The scent pad was missing in both pair. The rest was good.

Received the shoes very quickly and accurately.

The return experience, with required pictures, etc. is a bit annoying, particularly as it is handled by AI. The website would not allow posting of the pictures so that I had to go thru customer service - AI. I suppose that is the way of the world.

The first set of sneakers I ordered were way too big, so I exchanged them for one size lower. Customer service was very helpful and easy to deal with. I sent back the first pairs with a prepaid shipping label and have had no issue since.

only wore the men's shoe once during pickleball play. didn't notice any difference with this shoe and my other pickleball shoes, but it was fine, i could move on the court ok and my feet didn't hurt. my wife only wore the shoe in the house and she doesn't like it because the right side shoe fits, but her left side didn't. her toes are hitting the front of the shoe. can she return for refund or can we return to get men's size 11 dark grey? please advise your policy on this situation. thankyou

Everything has been a good experience. It’s just the shoe itself is a different feel in concept if you want padding under your heel and just a touch of arch support these shoes might be an issue for you. I will definitely retry them another day, but not during a tennis match.

One of the most aggressive spam marketing after I'd placed an order. Give me a chance to receive my order and try the shoes before the spam bots are unleashed.

Took a bit of back and forth to get the size that works best for me but all good in the end. I love the wide toe box.

Easy and fast

Overall experience was good. Typical notification of shipment, but that was for the shipper to pick them up. I would rather receive that notification when they actually ship.

They had what I wanted in stock and arrived in a couple of weeks.
