It takes a long time to get a reply. You can only communicate by email. Once you get the first response the rest of communications are more timely. They were kind enough to send me another pair. To replace my white ones, but they did not fit me well. Wish it didn't take so long for the shoes to come.

Shopping experience was good. Shoes are great, but I thought they would be good for indoor Pickleball. They are not good on wood floors because they scuff. I got two different pairs and they both leave marks which is unfortunate because I can’t use it indoors. They are great outdoor shoes. I just wish I knew they marked up the floor as I would not have probably bought them.
