Didn’t understand that the shoes shipped from Europe that took three weeks to arrive. Secondly, I feel lucky that In picked the right size because when I used your method of measuring my foot from heal to toe it showed that I needed a size twelve. However, I ordered a size 13 and it fit perfectly.

I've just told you. Can you advise me now please, and stop sending so many emails!!!

They are too hard underfoot! There is very little shock absorption (you can really feel the ground), and the overall design is well-executed; however, the synthetic edge at the toe is very narrow, and the toes tend to slip off or ride up onto that seam! In my opinion, they could be excellent if these points were addressed! 1- More rubber (sole)—not so hard. 2- A slightly wider toe box above the toes!

Easy to determine size.

I had to exchange the shoes for a different size which is normal when ordering online and not being able to try them on before ordering. The amount of time to make all that happen was a bit long.

Easy stuff

The shoe size is not correct per my shoe size. I wear a 13 size. The Currts are not sized the same. I had to send back the ordered size and get a 14 size. 3 months I finally got one pair. Great shoes. Need a warehouse in the USA so faster delivery and return would be possible.

Great experience receiving emails prior to the delivery of the shoes and afterwards too when the sizing didn't fit. Very courteous, friendly, and prompt. Great customer service. Very much appreciated.

shoes fit me well, the sizes need to be adjusted . the 10/10.5 do not fit people with size 10 foot

Buying was easy but it did take longer than anticipated for them to arrive. Mine came from Canada, so kinda expected it after I saw the shipping notification.

The delivery status was tracker was not helpful. It went into label created for 7 days then delivery within next day. Not sure where the middle delivery steps went to.

Superb customer service.

Website was not easy to use. My First order did not receive a confirmation email. So I ordered again and received one confirmation. Then I received one order in 2 weeks. And then the second order in another week. Then it was difficult to return the shoes and the cost about $50+ is too much.

Delivery is very slow and customer service is very slow also. AI manages all messages and then dont hear back for days.

Good experience, however, I like being able to speak with a real person.
