People were gracious and responsible though it took several efforts to finish my order with all of the offers I got included. I persisted and they were confident and honored the discounts I received. I was not in a hurry to wear them, luckily, because the two pair came separately. Fortunately, I made contact with the company and they were able to sort out the problem and send the second pair.

The 2 pairs of free arch support insoles were never sent to me. After 2 weeks of emails, they sent me a pair of the extra comfort support insoles that I already have (paid $10 for 2 pairs). I asked if the arch support insoles are the same as extra comfort support insoles, still waiting for their response.
