The first pairs of shoes wore out within a few months - very discouraging. They were ordered as US size 9/9.5. They were delivered EUR 42 (MM 273.2) . The size was on the small side but I liked the feel. The second order has an entirely different sole and seems much sturdier, we'll see how long they last. The second set was ordered as US 9/9.5. The ones that were delivered were EUR 43 (MM 279.8). The larger size is much better for me. I hope that in the future I'll be able to order on the EUR scale.

I ordered requesting wrong size. However after recoginizing my mistake - within minutes after placing the order - there was no way to correct or cancel the order. After way too many emails between myself and multiple Muuv employees all I could was wait for the wrong size to arrive, return those, and wait for the correct size to arrive. This all took a very long time and a lot of unnecessary communication. There should be a way to edit or cancel your order - prior to order being processed.
