I had to take lots of photos of the shoes to show I had not worn them and what size they were, a few times. After the photos they provided a label to exchange the shoes for a smaller size and they came within a week.

Shopping is easy, emails are great, shipping takes about 10 calendar days from Europe to Tennessee, USA, not too bad. Returns/exchanges require photo evidence of the shoe to be returned/exchanged. This is odd but it did not deter me and Cuurt sent my exchange before I mailed the return back to them (they emailed me a free return label--emails take a few days of back and forth but are courteous and complete). A little quirky but a great experience.

Time will tell but so far customer service has been responsive but slightly slower with responding then I hoped. It’s been 4 emails back and forth to get a bigger size shipped out. They haven’t charged me for the size swap so that’s a positive. Waiting for new size. Really like the concept. Hope the new size fits !
