Didn’t realize how long it would take to receive the order. Thankfully we weren’t pressed for time. I shared the BOGO pair with my 16 year old son that wears the same size. He had a tournament this past weekend but new shoes weren’t urgent. Excited for him to try them for his next tournament and give a more semi pro review

I wear US size 12 the EU size was small. I contacted Customer Service to refund the order because they were to small and I didn’t like the quality of the shoes. They offered me 30% refund and store credit. I just want a refund they’re sold out of all of the shoes I may have been interested in considering. They continued to only offer partial refunds. It’s been over a week and I haven’t received a response to my refund request. I have emailed them 3 times and still no response.
