I have repeatedly asked for a refund. I have gotten SEVERAL emails back giving me excuses after excuses on how you would make it right but never would send me a shipping label. The latest excuse is that you are backed up with shipping labels. I want my refund now! I am done waiting- I needed a replacement pair of shoes because I play every day- I thought I’d try you.
