The sizing by measuring has not worked well for me. Looking forward to getting the correct size and wearing them on the court . Love the look of the shoes and design.

They arrived a little later then I thought they would but overall good

I ordered 2 pair, received only 1. Emails have been exchanged for 4 days, then I was ghosted. I’m waiting for assistance but thus far I’ve not been helped. Seriously disappointed in your customer service

I ordered the wrong size shoes and the shoes were replaced. I sent the wrong size shoes back and it was a very smooth transaction.

Great shoe. A little more slippery than my other shoes if court a little damp tho

I’ve already said enough. You are criminal losers, and I love telling the world in every way I possibly can. I’ll walk to the edges of the earth. to get the truth about my experience with your company out to the world, so everybody knows what a shitty company you are.

Great experience overall.

Easy process of purchasing. Shoes are great! Will be a repeat customer, after I wear out 2 pairs of Cuurt pickleball shoes!

If I'd read the sizing a little more carefully, I would've ordered the right shoes the first time!

Terrific experience!

The inserts really help, no sore feet! Feel great after a 2 1/2 hour match!

A lot of communication and information about what to expect.

Too many emails before I even got my package. But I do live I a longer shipping area so idk! I like the idea of the shoe

Very friendly and helpful

Excellent customer service the first pair were to small but they replace with a second pair with ease !

Your sizing instructions led me to order a smaller size than needed. Then it took about 10 days to get a return shipping label to send back for an exchange. Only then did you ship the exchange. You had my money for 5 weeks before I ever got to wear them.

First pair didn't fit. Exchanging them has been somewhat easy because i got my new size i requested. But I never received a return label to return the si

Your purchasing procedure is deceiving. You offered an additional discount at checkout but not for the shoes I purchase but rather for an additional pair I had not intended to order. By the time I could talk to someone the shoes were shipped and I could not get a full discount only a credit on another purchase. Deceptive approach in my opinion.

Great company, who cares about their customers

Excellent Througout the entire experience. Even liked your bag rather than excess packaging. Thanks.

No issues. They kept me up to date on shipping.

Waiting over a week back and forth to get an RMA for these shoes that don't fit

The fact CUURT does follow ups makes it a serious company

Explained a lot about the shoes and clarified any questions.

I already wrote my opinion, you’re delivery schedule is just too slow and really not acceptable if I can find a similar product faster I’ll use them instead, otherwise I really like the shoes

Very easy . The best customer service you will get from any shoe . I wanna sell them at my tennis club in Key Largo FL and Lima Peru 💪

Took too long to receive the shoes. Then they turned out to be very uncomfortable shoes. The top needs more padding.

waiting to see how the return turns out

Communicative and things shipped relatively quickly

Love them

It took 6 weeks to receive shoes after calling and emailing. I wasn't impressed.

It was great

Very up front about a possible delay in shipping, was never a problem kept me in the loop came when expected. Thanks again

My husband's shoes were too small and the return policy was easy and the new ones arrived quickly .

All good

For me, the extra wide toe box means a little more foot slippage than I prefer. Other than that, love the shoes!
