The 1st time I wore my cuurt shoe it slipped off on the court. I tightened the laces and that helped. The 2nd time, my feet were very sore. I added my professional orthotic insoles and that seemed to help! To be continued…

Took months to receive. Communication was awful now too big.

I was mailed a label to exchange the shoes but wonder if I will get another label to return for a refund

Easy navigation of the web site. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast.

The response rate is far too slow, the shoes seem good, and it seems like a good concept. The branding needs considering as cuurt from a distance look like a very rude word in English.

It has been very difficult to complete my request for a refund. There have been multiple emails from cuurt trying to negotiate some alternative or to delay the refund. So far it’s been a couple of weeks and I still haven’t received the return label from cuurt. Very frustrating! It shouldn’t be this hard!

Ordered and take it awhile to deliver and wait for two weeks but it’s worth it.

After my first order I had a very positive experience with Cuurt. After the second order I’m pretty sure I won’t be ordering anything else. The order was incomplete, the walking shoe was of incredibly poor quality, it took several days to contact Cuurt, and I was unable to complete the return process online.

Delivery and order status communication has been disappointing. Follow up on a credit I am due has not happened yet (2 weeks later).

Came pretty fast and nicely packaged.

I had to follow up several times to return the first pair that was the wrong size and the wrong shoe. Fortunately, it all worked out, and the correct shoes eventually came.

Two for one special is a great deal.

First, answer your emails. You sent me an email saying my international shipment would be shipping in a day. I sent this to customer service and nobody got back to me. Don't need a discount for another purchase because there will not be another purchase

Customer service was easy to work with. Had to exchange my first purchase, first return went smoothly, had communication issues with the second and was finally resolved...again customer service came through.

The customer service is great. It’s just the shoe size is not accurate.
