I wish I could give it zero stars because it’s truly unbelievable how bad the customer service is… iThere must be 30 emails between myself and Cuurt customer service. From having me send pictures of the shoes to making me all kinds of other offers to avoid a refund when all we want is a refund because the shoes don’t fit. Truly do not expect to ever get our money back. Absolute waste.

Horrible. Terrible customer service and the shoes (both pairs) arrived soaking wet. Useless. This was an awful experience. And unless I get a full refund, and you can certainly have your wet shoes back, I am going to let my credit card company know to do a chargeback.
