Customer service has made what is clear to me to be an attempt to avoid responsibility to abide by their state policy on full refunds. Most emails have taken days for a response, and I've endured multiple push-backs to convince me the shoes actually fit when they don't, offers for other shoes, 50% refund to keep the shoes, $30 refund fee and two "assurances" the request is "escalated". I'm tired of waiting, and I'm going to expose the practices of this company so no one else will be fooled.
