I rarely write negative reviews, but I also believe companies should be held accountable when they fail their customers. I placed my order on June 26. A shipping label was created on June 29, but the tracking remained at "Shipping Label Created" for nearly two weeks. During that time, I sent multiple emails that went unanswered. I was repeatedly told my order had "shipped," even though the only tracking available showed only that a shipping label had been created. Only after continued follow-up did someone finally explain that the shoes were being shipped from Europe and that U.S. tracking would not update until they reached the United States. Had that simple explanation been provided from the beginning, nearly two weeks of frustration would have been avoided. I've spent more than 30 years designing, manufacturing, and marketing performance sports products, and I previously owned a footwear company. I understand that mistakes happen. What matters is how a company responds when they do. I gave Cuurt every opportunity to recover the relationship and asked one simple question: "What is Cuurt prepared to do to make this right?" That question was never answered. I received multiple apologies, but not a single attempt to restore the goodwill they had lost. When the shoes finally arrived, the overall experience actually became worse. In my professional opinion, the shoes look and feel very budget-oriented and do not reflect the premium image presented in Cuurt's marketing. More importantly, the fit was terrible. Despite being marketed around comfort and a wide toe box, they simply did not work for my feet. I requested return instructions and a full refund in two separate emails. When those were ignored, I sent a final email giving Cuurt three business days to respond before contacting my credit card company. That deadline came and went without any reply, leaving me no choice but to dispute the charge. The irony? Shortly after filing the dispute, Cuurt sent me an automated email asking me to review the product. For me, this was never about a delayed shipment. It was about communication, accountability, product quality, and how a company treats a first-time customer when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, Cuurt failed on every one of those points. I will never purchase from this company again.

I’m still waiting on a return label for a return. My first pair were too small so a second pair were sent and fit great. I would like to return the first pair.

Had to exchange a pair for a smaller size. Pretty easy process and great communication.

Ordering was easy. The pricing for 2 pairs is reasonable. Most of all, great shoe especially for those who need a wide toe box. My feet are happy, so I am happy!

I asked for return as it run small and didn’t. I’m not interested in exchanging size or 50% refund as proposed in separated emails, and I haven’t hear back from Cuurt about label or steps for full reimbursement. Shoes look cheap and didn’t fit, run small.

Great customer service. There was an issue with shipping due to it being international but it was clarified quickly and clearly. I urge you to reach out to their support if you have any issues/concerns - they are great! All the products are great too and for a great price.
