Even though it took a little longer to get the order, I have actually like all the emails about my purchase. Also, the shoe is more comfortable than most of the other court shoes I have tried.

When I asked to cancel the order for the third pair (as your ad says i can) i was told I couldn't, was offered some bogus alternative. Then your agent said he misunderstood my request even though it was very clear. Very condescending and it wasn't until I threatened to put my complaint on social media that you agreed to stop the order and refund my money for the third pair. Shoes are great...your customer service is not

I feel this company is a scam, selling cheap products for inflated values, pretending a large discount is being given and then making the return policy so difficult that what actually occurs is not what is being promised. The company is likely not intended to be successful and is just trying to steal as much money as possible before someone finally catches up to them and shuts them down or enough poor reviews are given that clients stop loosing their money.
