The show do not fit, and have not been worn outside of one shoe being tried on indoors on carpeting. Your cusomter service is terrible, I have been waiting for over 2 weeks and requested new things to provide you every 2 days for the shipping label, and still waiting. It's costing you a fortune in time and money, and upsetting American consumers with your process. You should NOT do all you can to discourage returns if the customer is not happy; that is short eterm thinking.
