Easy, delivery on time, perfect condition.

Not enough support for me but didn’t try them until the 30 day guarantee had run out , which is entirely my fault

Shipping time as advertised

it took more time to receive the shoes than advertised plus i am now bombarded by emails from the company.

Very thorough in making sure size is correct. Super comfortable

The shopping experience was fine. On the product side the shoes feel comfortable enough but at some point I will use the extra insoles supplied with these tennis shoes. With the insoles the feel is a bit too spongy and takes away from feeling the ground. Also please make the tong longer ..too short by an inch or two.

Shopping experience was great. Definitely will buy more in the future.

I havent received my order yet

I missed the BOGO sale when I purchased my first pair. Wrote to the company, and they honored the sale and sent me another pair for the cost of shipping. Great customer service!

I thought the 30 day trial was for returns and exchanges. It is only for unworn returns. Too bad when there is a break in period that may or may not work out.

Good communication, nice reduced packaging. The included shoe bag was a thoughtful bonus.

Great communication with the company. Assuring us of the sneakers arrival time and making sure that we would adjust comfortably to the new sneakers.

Convoluted messages on e-mail. Tracking from another app was odd.

It took too long to get the shoes. The is a 20% restocking fee.

Easy process

You have fantastic customer service although I your shoes are not for me

Took almost a month to get horrible smelling shoes that don’t fit. Is taking almost a week now to get instructions for a return and refund. Why did I need to send photos if there is a 30 day free return? IWORE ONE SHOE FOR TWO STEPS.

My shoes arrived quickly after ordering.

This company loves to hide all kinds of info about their trash products. Let me help: they ship from overseas, so expect a long wait with piss-poor tracking. "Customer support" is AWFUL. When you finally get your shoes, then you see the 3rd rate materials and low grade quality. And then they charge you a restocking fee. They'll tell you it isn't a restock fee, but thats how they list it on the sites return form. Then they bombard you with emails trying to get you to buy more of their trash.

I need to return these shoes

I was kept informed about where and when they were going to arrive. It was very reassuring that I was let know the delivery was going to be a little longer than normal due to lots of people ordering. My community has loved these court shoes and lots of our pickleball club has them. Thanks for the wide toe box. My feet thank you!
