Excellent experience with La Luna

Love how the instruction videos on YouTube were easy to find and easy to follow 👍 worth every dollar ❤️

Great experience from order to delivery incl Installation instructions.

Such a poor customer experience. Unfortunately, the pet door I bought did not fit, and the return process has been ridiculous. I am now out of pocket around $60 just to return an item for a refund, because they require customers to find, arrange and pay for their own courier. That might be in the policy, but it is a terrible customer experience. Buyer beware.

Great website easy to navigate and plenty of information

Thanks 👍

Purchasing was fine. A little leeway and understanding in returns given the circumstances was disappointing

No issues at anytime.

Great to order, received the parcel in good condition and very timely.

Great. Friendly service, fast delivery and quality products. Highly recommend.

There was a delay with the items with no communication, I had to follow up and was then told there was a delay.

speedy service and helpful installing tips

The door itself is well made, but I'm having trouble fitting it. Might be my dodgy sliding door, but I can't get it to work for me

Great customer service

Time was good

Fast delivery product is far more superior than what we previously used, the dogs use it without effort and it is easily set up. A very sturdy design and ties in with the sliding doors almost as a fixture.

Communication was easy and delivery was prompt but nobody could explain why this door did not fit properly as my previous door did.

Support was quick.

Good

Easy to order. Came really quickly

Excellent

My general experience with La Luna Pet Care has been exceptionally positive from start to finish. As both a customer and a manufacturer, I naturally pay close attention to the full end-to-end experience, including communication, operational efficiency, product quality, and after-sales care. In this instance, La Luna Pet Care has exceeded my expectations across every one of these areas. From the moment I placed my order, the communication was clear, timely, and genuinely customer-focused. I was
