Happy with the door now that it’s installed. Needed a handy man to install it properly as there weren’t any LA Luna people in our area. My tip would be don’t underestimate how difficult the changes to the locking system are if you are wanting permanent installation. However, we got a good handy man on to it and now very happy with the setup.

Very very happy with stroller. I live in a large country town with very few concrete footpaths, the ride in the stroller is very smooth and comfortable for my 18yo Chihuahua. He is active and alert during our walks now, the previous stroller was very flimsy and he was nervous during the rides. Not so now!! Thank you. I have purchased a small umbrella to keep the sun off my Oscar, it attaches to the frame and can be bent to cover him whatever the sun’s angle. Now it is perfect!

Fantastic product. Excellent quality. Fits patio screen door perfectly and we’ve locked it in so it is very secure. Can close and lock the glass door too for security when we are absent. Our puppy loves it, constantly flying in and out, accessing the yard for toileting and adventures. Perfect!

I absolutely love love love my La Luna pet stroller with ISO-FIX. And so does my dog! My dog has no problem walking at the moment but on an exercise walk with me he doesn’t last as long so it’s perfect to be able to pop him in the stroller instead of dropping him home. I love the look of it, It’s easy to push and so easy to remove from base to the car. All in all it’s a quality product that I’m really impressed with.

Simple to install, even in a non-standard installation like ours. The only tiny criticism I have is that the security door gets scratched by the spring-loaded lock when taking it in and out. But overall, very happy with it.

Is a good fit to the door and feels secure. In the install videos the extra screen door adaptor is one piece but was delivered in 2. I would also like to see a durable sticker or something that would go the full length on the dog door sheet as we have only used a couple times and can already see a rub mark from the silver locking button Besides that the door itself looks good quality and he will enjoy for many years

The La Luna Pet Door is sturdy & impressive with our black framed doors in the home we are renting. As this is a completely new environment & Doggy Door for my Molly (Cavoodle). As she is a very anxious dog it has taken her a while to master getting in & out, so I was the door lady for a while. Now nearly 3 weeks later she has finally worked it out for herself. I would highly recommend this product to any dog owner.

The door came well packaged, delivery was prompt. Product is very well finished. It was easy to install and took less than an hour. The black finish goes well with the monument ( dark grey) windows. Improvements: it would be good if it had an in built locking mechanism. The door locking bar does not suit my stacker doors and hopefully I can return it. It would be useful to have more detailed specifications on the website. I would recommend this product to other pet owners.

I bought a new flap for our doggie door and thought it would be simple. When I went to install it , I couldn’t work it out. I went to the online centre but couldn’t find a video to help. I rang next working day and went to an overseas call centre which I thought would be a “disaster”. To my surprise, they resolved my issue completely. Would highly recommend you send video links with the receipts to make it simpler 😀

We’re no longer the doorman for the dog! The screen door adapter rectified the issue of closing the screen that little bit too far that the dog couldn’t get in the door. The adapter fits flush to the main sliding door frame and the installation videos are super easy to follow. We’ve also fitted the security pack so can lock the house securely when we go away. My little boy refuses to wear a collar or harness. So to get him out for some fresh air I would carry him in a pet backpack. It worked but it didn’t provide the safety I wanted for him. The stroller was the best purchase so far. It is strong and durable and safe and more spacious. He loves getting into the stroller knowing that we are going outside.
