Absolutely brilliant!!!! If you are unsure don’t be as it is fantastic!!!! There is heaps of room for a medium to large fur baby and is a dream to push. Now as for our little fur baby she has IVDD and it is such a smooth ride for her and she absolutely loves to get out for a walk. Perfect!!! So good that it matches the door trim rather than the tacky grey aluminium of the cheaper version we had before. The smaller sizing is better for my doggies, and the flap is much softer than alternative brands. The best bit is the security!! We originally bought a cheaper one from Bunnings but it wasn’t suitable because there was a large piece at the bottom that the dogs had to jump over. We ordered this one from Luna for a little bit more and it’s perfect because we have fitted it into our rental temporarily (we have used screws etc) and it still fits securely. The old flap was used for 2years and 4months and it was definitely time to replace it! I bought 2 replacement flaps from La Luna so I don't have to order another one in two years. I had kept the La Luna installation manual and scanned the QR code and then was able to find the video link on how to replace the flap. I think it's easier if you have someone to help you! My (almost) 10 year old Maltese/Lhasa Apso loves her new La Luna pram! Pippa has been in a pram since I got her at 6 weeks old and she loves going lots of places with Mum and Dad. Put my review against the extension kit but meant to write it here. 😬 We installed this door in our rental without fixing it to the frame. Works just fine for what we need. The best branded pet door around. Took a bit to pull the old one out but it was in there for over 3 years. Reinstalling and aligning the new flap was easy. The only negative (which is actually a positive) the flap is so clear that I had to retrain my dog to go through it after he was scarred from trying to run through the glass door as a 10 week old puppy. We were a little concerned ordering our doggy door insert as we had read a mixed bag of reviews.
