Tried to reach out to support and they said to file down the strike plate. 5mm is a lot to take off a cast-metal plate. As this is standard Australian lock (Austral) I am surprised it won't fit by default.

They need to improve their product if they are going to say they are rental friendly for the price you pay. They are NOT rental friendly and we needed to make our own modifications to the pet door so it would work. The one wheel it comes with is not very sturdy and we cannot roll that side of the door now. Improvement would be amazing for the price.
