Took almost two weeks to arrive when ad states 2 to 5 days. Product is OK. Pet flap, medium door, opens in the wind, needs a stronger magnet. Screws for extension pieces were round head silver. Door is black and holes are countersunk. Instructions on how to add extension pieces don't say you have to take existing extension off. But you do as you need to construct from the bottom up.

Product does not match existing sliding door lock which causes back door to be unlocked when using pet door, more lock options should be available for the price

Great product. We have moved 3 times and it’s been going strong for over 6 years in all different sized door frames! Easy to add or subtract panels as needed. Just replaced the door flap as it was starting to yellow, however it was more for aesthetic reasons than a need to replace due to damage. Great quality product!
