I like to start by saying The stroller is amazing! The video that you have to demonstrate the features of the stroller does not do it any justice There are so much more everything is operated by buttons, all the adjustments all that attachments can be removed and put together with simple use of buttons It is lightweight, which benefit benefits me a lot as I recently had a hip replacement? I can’t carry anything heavy. It takes me less than a minute to disassemble and collapse it to put it in the...

We are thrilled with our pet door and so is our dog! Sometimes I think he goes in and out just for the fun of it. The pet door is solid and seems to be of excellent quality; far better than a cheaper brand we had tried but returned to the store. As I said before, we all love it. Thank you, La Luna!

This has been a game changer for potty training my 5 month old Pomeranian puppy. She learned how to use a doggy door at a friend's place and when we got ours, indoor accidents have significantly decreased and she always has this look of happiness when she comes back inside. It has been great seeing her gain independence with going out on her own and not always needing us to let her out every 30 minutes so there were no accidents in the house. I will add that we rent our place and this has been ...

Is a good fit to the door and feels secure. In the install videos the extra screen door adaptor is one piece but was delivered in 2. I would also like to see a durable sticker or something that would go the full length on the dog door sheet as we have only used a couple times and can already see a rub mark from the silver locking button Besides that the door itself looks good quality and he will enjoy for many years

Ordering experience was great. Had a question as to whether they had a microchip cat door version (which unfortunately, they don't), the sales rep was able to direct me to a video where I could install a SureFlap microchip cat door into the LaLuna door insert. Can't argue with the results!

The La Luna Pet Door is sturdy & impressive with our black framed doors in the home we are renting. As this is a completely new environment & Doggy Door for my Molly (Cavoodle). As she is a very anxious dog it has taken her a while to master getting in & out, so I was the door lady for a while. Now nearly 3 weeks later she has finally worked it out for herself. I would highly recommend this product to any dog owner.

Without doubt, the best purchase I've made for my pup! Yes, it took 2 days of training but now its second nature for her! No more leaving the doors open and having the house full of flys and insects! Both Nessa and I love the new doggy door!!!!

Great service, quick delivery and easy to install. Our dog had it worked out in no time. We also purchased the security pack but could't get that to align with the locks on our doors. We have used the stick method instead and the door it very secure. Overall, very happy!

The door insert is perfect. Extremely easy to follow online installation video which anyone with basic skills will be able to follow. The door looks fantastic and with the security pack doesn’t move/rattle at all. The weather seals work a treat as well to keep out the cold air. Can’t fault it at all !!!

We bought our door second hand and the flap was a murky brown colour that our Frenchie couldn’t see through. Now, Winnie can navigate the door with ease and can see her way!

Great item my little dog loves it. Thank you . This door has honestly been a life saver , our little dog has learnt to use the doggy door and just takes herself out side whenever she needs to ,where as before I was up and down like a yo yo every time she scratched at the door to go out side, now I have my time back and Matilda runs her own schedule on when she goes out to potty. Winning !!!!! 🐩

The door fits well and has stopped the cold air getting in. Our two cats have taken a little while to work out the magnetised flap but they are both orange so this was expected. They have now sorted themselves out and are using it regularly.

So happy with my balcony pet door it looks great!! My puppy Charlie took to it straight away and loves being able to go in and out when he pleases. Also I love it too as I’m not freezing my butt off leaving the door open anymore. 5 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The door came well packaged, delivery was prompt. Product is very well finished. It was easy to install and took less than an hour. The black finish goes well with the monument ( dark grey) windows. Improvements: it would be good if it had an in built locking mechanism. The door locking bar does not suit my stacker doors and hopefully I can return it. It would be useful to have more detailed specifications on the website. I would recommend this product to other pet owners.

I bought a new flap for our doggie door and thought it would be simple. When I went to install it , I couldn’t work it out. I went to the online centre but couldn’t find a video to help. I rang next working day and went to an overseas call centre which I thought would be a “disaster”. To my surprise, they resolved my issue completely. Would highly recommend you send video links with the receipts to make it simpler 😀

Fantastic! Easy to install, looks great and quick to clean. We're still in 'training mode' with our Feline Four (hence the string we've added between the flap and a nearby hook!) but so far, so good! Much better than the other options we've looked at, and playing door servant to them all the time😹

We’re no longer the doorman for the dog! The screen door adapter rectified the issue of closing the screen that little bit too far that the dog couldn’t get in the door. The adapter fits flush to the main sliding door frame and the installation videos are super easy to follow. We’ve also fitted the security pack so can lock the house securely when we go away. I returned another brand which couldn't fit my 60kg bull mastiff X. This one is great! I was worried it too would be too narrow or low for his back, but he slides through no problem.

Purchased additional magnets and new flap for our patio door. The extra magnets inside the bottom rail have helped keep it in place when the wind picks up and the new flap makes it look brand new, as the original flap got dirty and discoloured over a few years. Replacement is reasonably priced and this dog door was the perfect solution in our home

I purchased La Luna’s small folding aluminium patio pet door insert in cream colour for our Jack Russell dog on the 16th September 2025 to be sent to my address in Bairnsdale Victoria. It was packed very well and arrived in 3 days requiring my signature to receive it. I had no trouble assembling and fitting the door with their excellent guidance and fitting instructions along with the supplied fitting parts, screws, sealing rubbers, etc. I don’t normally give a detailed reference to a company ...

My little boy refuses to wear a collar or harness. So to get him out for some fresh air I would carry him in a pet backpack. It worked but it didn’t provide the safety I wanted for him. The stroller was the best purchase so far. It is strong and durable and safe and more spacious. He loves getting into the stroller knowing that we are going outside. He also loves sleeping in his carrier. Thank you La Luna for your excellent customer service and for this great pet product. We love it!

The insert is both attractive and solid, some minor customising of the top plate was required to have it fit snuggly, but this is understandable considering the huge range of brands and style of doors on the market. By simply using a short strip of the supplied draft stop to the upper and lower section, it sat firm in the door track that was considerably wider than the insert. Even with the minor modifications the insert and security latch were in place without any problems, and in less than hal...

We had a cheaper pushchair with plastic wheels which was a bit bumpy for Belle who’s 14 years old . It was also hard to turn . The La Luna sports stroller is so easy to push and turn . The pneumatic tyres make for a more comfortable ride for Belle absorbing the bumps . The finish is good and the cockpit is reasonably padded. Easy to put together and a bonus rain cover.

I love this, but more importantly, my cat loves it! She loves basking in the winter sun on the deck. It's a great and safe way to give my indoor cat some sun and fresh air and a chance to watch the world go by. She even loves going out in it at night time to spy on the geckoes.

Both the patio door insert & adapter have solved my problem. I have a Chi who wanted to be inside & out constantly, I was leaving the glass sliding door open day & night! Not good for security & allowing flys & other bugs to enter my home. I now have a fly free home & a secure home. I am a very happy customer!
