My little boy refuses to wear a collar or harness. So to get him out for some fresh air I would carry him in a pet backpack. It worked but it didn’t provide the safety I wanted for him. The stroller was the best purchase so far. It is strong and durable and safe and more spacious. He loves getting into the stroller knowing that we are going outside. He also loves sleeping in his carrier. Thank you La Luna for your excellent customer service and for this great pet product. We love it!

Both the patio door insert & adapter have solved my problem. I have a Chi who wanted to be inside & out constantly, I was leaving the glass sliding door open day & night! With 2 dogs going in and out over the years the flap became loose and miss shappen. Ordered a new flap which arrived quickly and in just a few minutes it was off with the old one and the new one was in place. It fitted perfectly and gives a good tight fit and the magbetic catch easily keeps out the high winds we experience in our area. Highly recommended.

Needed a replacement in a fixed glass door that would allow both the adjacent, outside glass sliding door to open, as well as the indoor security screen to open without either catching on the catflap. I love how it can carry 40kg. This allows me to carry more than one senior citizen. My dogs are no longer as spritely as they used to be. This stroller gives them the opportunity to still get their walk and be out and about with the friends but without the legwork. We absolutely love the pet door. We tried cheaper ones but they didn't seal and spiders could get in. This door came with additional seals and even stays shut in the winds. Junior quickly worked out how to use it. Poppy uses it too but is camera shy. Ben is claustrophobic and shy's away from using it. When mopping the floors or having to put the dogs outside I close it off with the metal cover. Junior worked out if I put them out via the patio door he would scoot around to the doggie door and come inside with a cheeky look of I am smarter than you give me credit for. Lol.
