It just took a little longer than stated and I was really needing it on time as unexpectedly acquired a dog that was used to a dog door. Apparently the door was available not the extra parts so some initial communication would of meant that I could receive the door first then the locking mechanism later, ultimately that is what happened but could of been quicker if you rang and offered that option, rather than me chasing you. I was very pleased with the response once we figured out the delay.
