Not great help on the processing of the expedited order

Super easy! Great designers!

Didn’t like the end product, bad customer service you can’t talk to anyone they don’t have a phone number where to call. I wasted my money.

As I have explained, your website is difficult to navigate.

I appreciate the open communication with the artist. They listened until we came up with “The” gift.

I’m very happy with the canvas part. I have already submitted my comments on the frame. This review is for the canvas picture of my dog and the process of working through revisions with the artist ~ both were very good.

It was good until the proof was approved and then, it was unclear what our status was…

I wanted to buy 2 canvas and have them shipped to different locations but this was not possible. It was confusing when I would get the emails asking for feedback, which one I needed to comment on. It would have been great if I could name my projects. Then you could email, "Taffy needs your help. Come back to the site." All edits should take place in a linear fashion inside the logged in account.

Post sale service needs massive improvement.
