I was a little concerned purchasing from a Facebook ad, as I have had problems with other vendors. The proof image arrived in two days and the art was delivered about a week later. I'm very happy with my purchase. I think the only thing that I would advise others is that it is an artistic representation of your pet and will not exactly match all of their details.
