Ordered 2 pictures of our pets. Both frames arrived damaged and one of them actually had the canvas mounted crooked inside the frame. Contacted customer service almost 2 weeks ago and still no response on how this will be resolved

They shared proofs within 3 days and I had the portrait in hand in one week! What a cool gift!

The portrait came to me fast and in perfect shape!

Terrible communication, they take 48 hours/2 days to respond to any changes, questions or updates. I uploaded photos at the time of purchase, 2 whole days went by before I ever received an email stating my photos weren't received due to technical errors. Proof updates/changes were extremely slow and every iteration of my pup had a very different depiction, veering more and more away from the photos I submitted. Overall disappointed with the customer service, never received updated proofs for the additional 'style' that I paid for, so after the first round of proofs, I never saw a secondary 'style' included in the proof revisions. I'd try a different company next time, one based in the US that can respond faster than 48 hours to emails, questions, etc.

Overly grainy and more like a computer generated print than a painting
