I highly recommend My Pet Canvas. I ordered a 40 x 40 canvas of my two dogs and could not be happier with the result. Great experience.

It was a find experience and if I ever have another need for a pet portrait, I will keep My Pet Canvas in mind.

Bad communication. Took a while since I chose my canvas to when they confirmed it was shipped. It took forever for them to even simply respond and email and they just did it after the 3rd or 4th attempt. The canvas was ok. Picture was nice, but colors on printed canvas are no as vivid as on the picture it was shown as sample before picking the final product. Quality is a bit disappointing

Slow on getting back to me, and delivery was a bit longer than anticipated. Very minor and being a bit nitpicky here.

The process was fun and very exciting seeing the options and artistic styles!

Horrible experience! Requests for edits ignored (same edit requested with initial upload and with proof revision). Request not completed. I received wrong print and it was missing edits requested. When I asked for print to be redone I received an email blaming me and offering another print for a discount. After spending almost $700, there is no way I would give yet another opportunity to scam additional money. The costumer satisfaction guarantee is clearly false advertising.
