After opening the mug first… I was very nervous, but the canvas painting is excellent! Please work on that mug or just don’t offer it because that is not near worth the money I paid for it.

Received a response from customer service saying they would forward the issue, but haven’t heard back from the company. I spent a lot of money on a un-useable picture. Very unhappy.

Terrible. Never received the picture! Customer service never responds and you never know what’s going on.

Never received my order, their tracking system says the order does not exist, but they took my money and asked for a review….not sure this is a real company at this point.

Came damaged and without a wooden frame. went back and forth with customer service and was not resolved. not very clear in the the purchasing process about the frame. waste of money. AVOID! DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!
