My big worry was the finished product would not look like “Barrie” my English Springer.. so worried was I even after confirming the proof image that when I received my canvas I didn’t take it out the box for 3 days! Now I can’t stop looking at it and laughing because it’s spot on.. I couldn’t have asked for more! The other thing I feel I should mention is the contact and communication. It’s a swift response and very personable and understanding. Top drawer Many thanks!

Didn’t like the product

I appreciate your hard work and effort. I’m just really not satisfied with a yellow coat for a dog that had white fur. It did not seem this yellow in the proofs on screen. The print is very yellow.

I paid extra to also get previews in Abstract but I never got them. I only ever saw the Modern. I mentioned it when I rejected the first set and requested updates, but I still was never sent any Abstract images to compare.

They are super accommodating and made the adjustments we asked for until the pix was perfect.

I ordered (at the same time) a portrait of our dog and the same image on a mug. The portrait arrived just fine, but the mug was 'returned to sender' - still have NOT received the mug.
