The service is heavily based on AI. There was also lack of transparency in final product readiness and shipping information.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish.. really pleased

The only issue was the order was delayed and not received by Christmas.

The Shipping did take longer than we expected so if you're ordering internationally make sure you allow plenty of time.

There were absolutely no communication issues. Very easy to get just what you want.

You have to be honest re delivery. Otherwise your brand will never thrive. My wife didn’t have her Xmas present on Xmas day, difficult to forgive.

The final portrait is perfect and we absolutely love it! At times during the process, though, there was no communication from your customer service representatives when the production timeline was delayed. I recommend increasing your customer support staffing to respond back to customers wondering what the status of their order is. But otherwise we are very happy!

I recognize it was likely busy during the holidays but they were not very communicative at times. I would submit requested changes and took them a few days to get back to me. When I emailed them, they were responsive.
