False advertising is what got me to place an order, and I don’t appreciate being deceived….

I was told I would be told when the art was shipped and that didn’t happen. This meant I didn’t let the receipt know so it was left on her door step.

False advertisement. Portraits do not have any physical texture.

I thought it was a scam when no communication on Instagram or mail. But when payed in advance(risky business) they started communicate. Really satisfied

Delivered within a good time frame

It’s misleading to have various styles of image as your main advertising but then change extra for people to het these styles. I’m not fond of abstract style and it wasn’t clear anywhere in the process (until the proofs came) that this was what I was getting. The proofs didn’t look anything like the quality of the samples on your website. Edits were made on request which was good but then new versions were made without earlier edits.

Custom service isn't the best and the quality of the product should be better for the cost

You promised my order by Christmas, it was late. The printing on the coffee mug wasn't good. Overall, your company has been a huge dissapointment. When you promise people you can get something done by a certain date you should stand behind that. I got nothing other than disappointment from my wife that her gift was NOT there on Christmas.

You were always there for me when I had questions about my order, 💕
