I’m finding your return/exchange policy troubling. I don’t feel I should have to pay more money to exchange my shoes for a size that fits. I’m ordering from this company for the first time and purchased 3 pairs. All are too big and I’d like smaller sizes. But I do not feel I should have to pay an additional $20 per shoe to obtain them. That negates the point of purchasing a shoe at a certain price that you’re comfortable with. Now I feel stuck with 3 pairs of shoes that do not fit.
