I’m sorry the experience as I first time buyer myself it’s been beyond disappointment. Be ware that they might sent you a used pair of shoes, not saying this is purposely , but they can’t accept they can make mistakes and that says a lot about the company and how will they deal with the after - buying service. It’s honestly the worst experience buying on line. They are refusing to refund me , they sent me a replacement of shoes that are used , and they have kept a pair of shoes that I payed for
