After a mis-order by me, customer services arranged a trouble free return and a shipment of the correct size. Unfortunately the contracted deliverer had problems (as yet undefined) where they stated that they had a problem and then stated they had delivered the item. The deliverer assured me via online chats that they would look into it and get back to me via email. This happened four times all without any success. Brilliant. Light, comfortable from the gitgo and very well made. These robust shoes are a delight to wear and at times you do have to remind yourself that you do have a pair of shoes on. They are an extension of my bare feet and provide a level of comfort and ventilation that is quite outstanding. They are a slightly larger fit so I needed to return a uk 6 in exchange for a uk 5. Not only was this service provided free of charge but the customer service agent sent out the replacement before receiving the return. Die Schuhe gefallen mir sehr gut. Sie sind bequem und haben mich bei meinem letzten Urlaub täglich begleitet: bei den Stadtbesichtigungen - auf Aspalt und auch auf Kopfsteinpflaster sind sie hervorragend und bequem für die Füße den ganzen Tag; ebenso beim Wandern auf Sand und Schotterwegen sowie im Wald. Einziger klitzekleiner Nachteil: mir ist leider die Endbefestigung der Schnürbänder am linken Schuh abgegangen. Wie kann ich es wieder befestigen? Aber trotzdem empfehle ich die Schuhe weiter. S...
