I have a mixed feelings as the fireplace is beautiful but:
1. Delivery took 2 months despite of announced couple of weeks. They sold me product which was not in stock and had to wait to receive from the manufacturer.
2. The wall mount bracket quality is terrible. They supplied the cheapest screws which bended and broke during screwing them into studs... It's unacceptable and creates health and safety issues as the fireplace weights 185lbs. I had to replace screws with my own more reliable.
