The RTT came with various holea and dents on it...whether shipping or manufacturer issue. I have no problem with that...but ive been trying to get a hold of someone for 2 months now and nothing. This is my 3rd review message attempt and still nothing. Not only did it come damaged, it didnt come with the damn hardware. I bought it for a camping trip with my kids this week and ended up renting an RV instead sonce i couldnt use the damn tent. I AM NOT SEEKING A REFUND I JUST WANT TO BE ABLE TO USE THE DAMN TENT I BOUGHT FROM YOU GUYS
