The silicone feels too sticky and not silky at all, I need to use oil when pumping, otherwise my skin feels very irritated. The pump has many levels but it doesen’t feel as effective as other pumps. I can hardly get some drops out. This was really a dissappointment.

I was unable to use the pump due to inserts being missing. It took 5 weeks from ordering the pump, to actually getting the inserts for the pump. My milk supply dried up during this time and I was unable to use the pump in the end. I was refused a refund and offered a $50 store credit. All products on your website are for expecting mums or breastfeeding mums, which I am now neither. So the store credit is absolutely useless to me. Disappointed with their solution.

Significant delay of arrival after the given date of delivery (I ordered 2weeks to my due date so that's my fault) however if there is a date of arrival timeframe provided and it then exceeds that, or a change of the latest possible delivery date - I feel notice should be offered rather than need for the customer to follow up. Urgent order was sent from China and packaging was badly damaged on arrival which meant it was unable to be gifted. Products themselves were great!

Doesn't feel like the product or experience that was advertised at all. The pump doesn't work at all for me. I can easily hand express at least 60-80 ml per breast per feed, while the MammaBump pump only yielded 10-15 ml in the same amount of time or more. Also, it promised to send multiple nipple size nozzles but only sent 2 additional to the standard one built in and neither of those fit me. I found the whole thing very disappointing given the promising reviews and feedback online. Will be returning the product within the 30-day window, as advertised.
