Belt is of good quality, especially considering the price was a lot cheaper than my local sellers. Gives a moderate amount of support for me at 24 weeks, enough to make walking around far more bareable. I tend to have it on top of a layer like bike shorts, but under my shirt, just as it can be a little scratchy on bare skin, like any other bands I'm sure. Loving my pregnancy support belt. Currently 30 weeks pregnant and have used this from 28 weeks. Have had horrible groin pain and lower back pain and this is helping take the edge off. I’ve been using the Luna pump overnight as my milk is changing as my little one is sleeping for longer stretches. It takes the edge off my let down and allows me to have more enjoyable feeds. I can also collect a good amount of milk from using the pump if I leave it for a little longer. It’s very easy to wear and use. I usually don’t write reviews but I had to share my experience with this pump! It’s really comfortable and efficient. I love that I can pump anywhere and it fits into any of my bras. The pump is very light, and discreet so it really lets me pump on the go. Love the briefs! They’re so comfortable and supportive. I had a C-sec and started wearing them 2 days post-op. They are very supportive and help immensely.
