Please Read before purchase ,worst experience ever.Once you order there is no option to cancel there is no contact number on there website just an email address which is useless.I wanted to cancel the product after 12 hours as there is no contact number so I email but they never checked my email and after 20 days they send me the product forcefully and email me with a lame excuse that this is a medical product so I can’t return lol,they send the product without checking the cancelation email which is not my fault,but they mentioned on their website that they have 30days return which they will never do in practically. And the lastly product is disgusting like their customer service.Please never trust them.

Slow response and major delayed

SCAM BEWARE: takes 15 days to get delivered not 3-5 days they mention on their site. Also, although the pump got delivered we couldn’t return it unopened for a refund as mentioned on their product page. They also not replying on emails. I’ll take legal action.

Amazing service love everything about Mamma Bump

My breast gel hot-cold pack was advertised as a pair but only one arrived. Wish a flange bigger than 24mm also came with the Luna breast pump.

Very disappointed with how this was handled. I requested a refund before the item was shipped, but it was still sent and the refund was refused, with only a small store credit.

Delivery took over four weeks despite the website stating 3–5 business days for Australia. The company is a drop-shipping business, and the item was shipped directly from China, which was not expected. I contacted them twice for shipping updates and received no response, which made me question whether my order would arrive at all. When I enquired about a refund or compensation due to the delay and false advertising on the delivery times, the only solution offered was to return the item at my own

Jeg elsker at de går så meget op i at skabe gode produkter og jeg er lykkelig for at min pakke kom frem omend den var længe under vejs. For en stund troede jeg min pakke var gået tabt et sted i processen. Samtidig synes jeg det er nogen rigtig fine priser.
