Poor customer service and took too long to arrive to the point where I no longer needed them. Not everyone knows in advance if they're having a c-section. There is no point buying these to help for recovery as they will arrive once you've already healed over.

The package arrived almost 3 weeks later than initially expected and this after I had to chase and email the customer service team multiple times in order to provide me with tracking details which was very annoying. Therefore your shipping service disappointed.
Also, when arrived the box of the breast pump was damaged. Even if have contacted the team for a refund as the package arrived too late and damaged, they were not very understanding as they said the return will be done at my cost.
