Won’t be ordering again due to poor communication regarding delayed shipping. I actually suspect my order got missed initially with the warehouse and then as soon as my enquiry was noticed (it was the 3rd id made), the order was placed with the warehouse (I could see this when I got sent the tracking info). I wasn’t offered anything in exchange for the inconvenience as I was well into my postpartum period by the time I received the products.

Don’t buy from Mamma Bump. I ordered a band and returned it due to it not working for me. As their shipping label system was down they asked me to paid for postage which cost me £22 as I was sending from the UK. I was told I would be reimbursed the postage cost if I provided proof o postage, which I done. I had to chase for my refund for the band twice before receiving the funds. However, I never received the refund for the postage and every time I email to chase the postage refund I get ignored, I have tried contacting via email and instagram yet my messages get read and not responded too. I do not recommend purchasing from them.
