Mamma Bump has been a great company to work with so far. The only issue I have is that I didn’t realize it was not US and therefore the ship time took much longer than I was expecting. There was a missing flange insert when it got to me (the one I needed), which was unfortunate. However the company fixed it right away and sent a new one too me expedited- which I really appreciated! Very kind service!

Poor quality, sizes runs very large and worst of all the most horrendous customer service I have ever encountered. I basically spent weeks talking to an AI bot and getting zero answers. The product arrived 5 weeks late when I no longer needed it after a very painful c section. They do not make it clear that the company are shipping everything direct from china. Avoid company like the plague!
