So so disappointing! I purchased my items in July and 2 months later, they have still not been delivered to me.
I have sent 6 emails to the company asking for a refund and have had no response to them. Due to the ice and heat packs not being sent to me, I’ve had to purchase alternative items for my delivery.
I’ve been very surprised by the poor customer service and the lack of response to my many emails. It’s disappointing and not the standard of customer care I was expecting.
