The website is intuitive to use and the support team were lovely.

Ships from Australia & does not make this clear. Took weeks to arrive despite being products that are needed quickly to help healing from birth. Not made clear that products are posted from the otherside of the world on the website - there is absolutely no need to buy things from Australia, these kind of products are easily available in the UK. Customer service is awful. Trying to make me pay postage for return despite returns policy saying first return is free (in capital letters!). Avoid!

The product did take a little longer to arrive than I expected but once they arrived the pumps were great! Super easy to use and wear!

Shipping could be faster or else stated so we don’t get our hopes up. It took more than a week for the order to get shipped and then 2 other weeks from China to Canada.. otherwise everything is as advertised

Firstly, not impressed to see it has been made in Shanghai and shipping took almost 3 weeks. It suggests to me that the processing, creating and shipping process is the cheapest route possible and not sustainable or ethical in its practices. Your branding carefully hides the fact that it is basically a Temu belly wrap with positive, professional looking advertising.
